- Can you tell me about your background and how it influences your work?
My background in interior design, my studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Germany under Markus Lüpertz, and my visits to the International Summer Academy in Salzburg all play a crucial role in shaping my artistic style. These experiences, combined with my professional career, inspire my approach to transformation and multilayered storytelling in art.
- Which artists have had the greatest influence on your work?
Gerhard Richter’s approach to a reduced color palette and multilayered work resonates with me, and I admire his artistry even though I don’t strive to emulate him directly.
- Share your favorite medium with us.
Currently, I am deeply engaged with acrylic colors which are applied on canvas and also on other material (metal and wooden boards). But I am also working with oil colours and also started to experimenting with color sprays. Based on the different materials it allows me to play around to strengthen thick elements or thin layers in my work.
- Where do you get your inspiration?
I draw inspiration from the everyday patterns, structures, and organic forms I observe in nature and the world around me. Life’s constant transformation fuels my creativity.
- Describe how important art is for society.
Art enriches culture and keeps humanity distinct. It fosters reflection, creativity, and offers a sense of well-being, while also being a medium to inspire societal transformation.
- How do you define success as an artist?
Success is having your work resonate with people, inspire emotions, and leave a lasting impression. Being able to pursue ambitious projects and gaining recognition is part of this journey.
- Does art help you in other areas of life?
Absolutely. My artistic process allows me to process complex ideas, reflect on life’s layers, and engage in meaningful communication.
- How do you develop your artistic skills?
By continuously studying, experimenting with new techniques, and engaging in deep discussions with fellow artists at the Academy of Fine Arts, I expand my capabilities.

My art invites viewers to embrace transformation and possibilities, which can alleviate fears of change and inspire a broader perspective on life’s challenges.
- How do you navigate the professional art industry?
It’s challenging as an emerging artist to connect with genuine collaborators in the art market. Staying focused on meaningful opportunities is key.
- What parts of professional art do you like most and least?
I love creating and sharing ideas through my work. However, I find the administrative tasks and dealing with non-genuine opportunities in the art market less enjoyable.

Critics and collectors often speak of the emotional depth and transformative nature of my art, with some even moved to tears upon acquiring their chosen pieces.

The uniqueness of each piece, its multilayered storytelling, and the reputation of me as the artist all contribute to the pricing.

To become a renowned artist recognized for large-scale public projects, leaving my art as a lasting gift to the world.

While my artistic process requires solitude, I cherish collaborative moments at the Academy. This blend of introspection and interaction maintains my balance.
